WINTER YOUTH RETREAT

Highland Retreat Center, November 18-21, 2021

NOTE: All slots for the winter retreat are currently full. Signing up will put you on a temporarily waiting list. We are looking for ways to expand the number of slots available. If you are hoping to come, PLEASE sign up anyway and give money to either Dave Blaha or Austen Coogan. The waiting list is first come first serve. You will only be put on the waiting list after we receive both your form and $200 in payment. The form and payment together will secure your position on the waiting list. We will hold your payment until we verify that a slot is available for you. If no slots become available, we will return your money to you.
This year we return to Highland Retreat Center! Highland Retreat is a non-profit, year-round Christian retreat center and summer youth camp located in the mountains of northwestern Virginia on the edge of the Shenandoah Valley. The 167 acres of mostly forested land is close to the George Washington National Forest and offers scenic vistas as well as a wide variety of wildlife in its hills, streams, pond and fields.

This year's winter retreat runs Thursday-Sunday, November 18-21. The deadline to register and pay is Sunday, October 17. It is a co-ed retreat. We will meet at church and leave in the early evening on Thursday, and then return home Sunday afternoon. More exact times for our departure/return will be announced closer to the retreat.

The cost per-person for each retreat is $200. Payment cannot be done online, it must be done through cash or check. Checks can be made out to "Calvary Chapel Fluvanna" and given to Dave Blaha or Austen Coogan. Payment ensures a spot on the retreat. Waivers will be handed out after registration closes.
